About the Conversation

Building an enterprise is one achievement. Preparing it to outlast its founder is another.

Preparing a business to remain strong as leadership, ownership and responsibilities evolve across generations asks a different set of questions altogether.

Beyond the Founder brings together founders, next-generation family members and experienced professionals for an open conversation on the decisions, relationships and structures that shape the continuity of family enterprises.

Rather than offering one formula for every family, the discussion will bring different perspectives and lived experiences into the room. It will help participants identify the questions that matter for their own family and enterprise.

This is the first edition of Beyond the Founder, a Rotary District 3191 initiative led by the Rotary Clubs of Bangalore Southwest and Bangalore Southparade, in association with FKCCI. It is deliberately a small room, kept open and participative.

What does the ticket include? +

₹1,999 per seat covers the moderated panel conversation, hi-tea and networking, and the Continuity Check you take away at the end.

What time should I arrive? +

Registration and networking open at 3:30 PM. Please be seated by 4:00 PM. The conversation begins on time and concludes at 6:30 PM.

Do I need to be a Rotarian to attend? +

No. The programme is open to founders, next-generation family members, senior professionals and invited business leaders. It is a Rotary District 3191 initiative, with the Rotary Clubs of Bangalore Southwest and Bangalore Southparade as lead clubs, in association with FKCCI.

Can I send a colleague or family member in my place? +

Yes, subject to confirmation by the organisers. Message us on WhatsApp at least 48 hours before the event with the replacement attendee’s name, designation and contact, so the roster and name badge are correct.

Are tickets refundable? +

Seats are limited and event costs are committed in advance, so tickets are non-refundable. A seat may be transferred to another attendee, subject to confirmation by the organisers, up to 48 hours before the event.

Will I receive a tax invoice? +

Yes. A tax invoice is issued on payment by KonfHub, our ticketing partner, to the email address used at registration.

Can I submit a question for the panel? +

Yes. Registration includes an optional field for the one question you would like the panel to address. Selected questions are worked into the moderated discussion.

What should I wear? +
